When Something’s Awry Server-Side or Internet Connectivity Is Spotty, Tabs Appear to Be Frozen with No Visual Feedback to Users

Would be ideal if a warning or such appears explaining why the user can no longer click among tabs, else user is puzzled why they tabs are no longer responsive.
